Government contracts are of great importance as they lead the development locomotive in various countries, especially in light of the interest of the state of Kuwait and the GCC countries in providing, creating and developing infrastructure projects, public services and utilities, and the steady development of private sector participation to achieve sustainable development, and there was an urgent need for a disciplined contractual formulation to govern contracts concluded by governments and management agencies, and to use unified contractual models that gain the confidence of investors and the private sector on the one hand, and to ensure the rights of management agencies to maintain the smooth running of public utilities, hence the importance of using contract models in government contracts, and many countries have amended their legislation and introduced contractual models are Arabized and modified from contract models. The practical reality has produced several problems resulting from the wrong application of contracts in contracts, which illustrates the need to develop the skills of employees in the field of restoring government contracts.
