One of the most important topics that combine the legal and financial nature at the same time are government contracts, which are one of the tools for achieving the goals of the State of Kuwait and the future GCC countries, whether they are political, economic, social or Environmental, and based on the importance of contracts concluded by government agencies as well as private sector institutions, as the quality and accuracy of these contracts entail the realization and provision of projects for infrastructure, services and public facilities, and the steady development of private sector participation to achieve sustainable development.
