Introduction:

In light of global changes—particularly the continuous evolution of advanced cyber threat systems, the increasing importance of securing sensitive and confidential data, and ensuring data privacy—and in cooperation with BG Media Group (Spain) and Paramount International, and in accordance with the international report published in the UK in 2024 by The Economist Group, the GCC countries have witnessed a notable increase in cyberattacks over recent years. These threats have escalated with the use of emerging technologies, posing an increasing risk to both governmental and private sectors.

Such cyberattacks have become a major concern for GCC countries, especially as they focus on attracting investments and improving the business environment following the decline in oil prices in 2017. Therefore, it is crucial for nations to strengthen their cybersecurity measures and minimize vulnerabilities. This requires carefully studying these topics and staying up to date with the latest technologies to protect the state from any breaches at all levels—particularly in safeguarding the privacy and data of high-level officials—and raising awareness among top leaders, ministers’ offices, and senior administrators about how to protect their privacy.

Target Audience:

Senior officials – Staff of ministers’ and undersecretaries’ offices – IT departments and centers in institutions – Network and information security departments – Government bodies and ministries – Risk management departments – Security, military, and sovereign entities – Public and central banks – Customer service, quality, and safety departments – Oil, electricity, and water sectors – International cooperation departments – Ministry of Justice – Cabinet.
